Variant of Old Town Gose, a kettle soured, refreshing beer with minimal hop aroma/bitterness, lightly citrusy, salty, herbal, and tart. Fruited with one pound of strawberry, mango, pineapple, and peach to resemble an outdoor-drinking beer in these COVID-19 times.
A worldly single malt and single hop (SMaSH) pale ale: made with all-grain Maris Otter barley from UK (earthy, biscuity malty), Southern Cross hops from NZ in the boil and dry hop (lemon zest, pine) and American ale yeast (crisp, clean). Brewed light but strong in flavour for SV Pazuzu crew for the stormy waters of the Patapsco River.
With caramel and peated malts, this all-grain ale is sweet and Highland-smoky with a bit of East Kent Golding hop for earthy and floral balance. Don't be prancin' aboot with your heads full of eyeballs, sticky jump your way into a pint already!
An easy sipping, all-grain stout finishes with subtle notes of coffee and autumn spice. Creamy smooth from a hit of lactose. Brewed with as much pumpkin as your favorite coffeeshop's PSL (none), but plenty of dark malts inspired by the vocals of one George “Corpsegrinder” Fisher.
Our first single-hop offering (Cashmere), this pale offers a bouquet of lemon and lime citrus, melon and lemongrass, which are perfectly supported by this recipe's simple malt underpinnings. Originally a blond ale, extra hops in the boil and dry hopping brings additional hop character and fruity aroma. How 'bout that?
Grapefruit peel and Columbus and Amarillo hops deliver a bouquet of floral and citrus aromas. Finished with German Mandarina Bavaria hop stand for more citrus flavor. A small addition of imported specialty malt brings balance while the natural grapefruit flavoring takes your senses to a tropical paradise.
